Islamic Studies (Certificate)

The Islamic Studies Certificate is designed to provide a deeper appreciation for Islam’s multiculturalism, major achievements, and contemporary relevance.  Its goal is to enhance students’ prospects for graduate admissions in Religious Studies, Islamic Studies and Area Studies and for any professional program in international law and business that focuses on global Muslim societies.

The certificate in Islamic studies allows students to gain an appreciation of Islam's multiculturalism and contemporary relevance in multiple geographic settings.
